Job Designation: Sales & Marketing Executive (Real Estate)
Job Location: Cuttack.
Job Experience: 2-3 yrs.
Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate (MBA Preferable).
Salary: From ₹18,000.00 -22,000.00 per month ( Negotiable )
JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILTY:
· To meet with clients and prospects interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
· To monitor the property market to identify clients looking to purchase property and convince them to secure a brokering deal.
· To oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services.
· To coordinate with the clients regarding the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
· To provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns.
· Also involves conducting surveys to identify price of competing properties on the property.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Should have Good Communication, Negotiation & Presentation skills.
· Should be smart & confident, & must be fluent in English, Hindi & Odia.
